Enjoy “spoon tapas” accompanied by a glass of wine, soft drink, small bottle, or beer for only 3 euros. This is the exquisite offer from the 14 establishments participating in the X Spoon Route taking place from today, Friday, February 21, until this Sunday, February 23, from 12:00 to 17:00 hours on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. The Mayor, Alejandro Navarro Prieto, presented this gastronomic initiative accompanied by the general secretary of UNICEM, Carolina Santana, Vanesa Calvo from the Association of Merchants of the Central Zone, and Brayan Calonge from the Los Rafaeles restaurant, where the route was announced, located at 12 Soledad Street.
Torrejón de Ardoz, February 21, 2025. “At this time of year, what we most crave are steaming spoon dishes that fill us with warmth and energy to face the low temperatures. And this is what you can enjoy in the X edition of the Spoon Route under the slogan Torrejón with cold, spoon, and good wine! It is celebrated in a total of 14 hospitality establishments in the Central Zone, offering a hot stew tapa, accompanied by a glass of wine, small bottle, beer, or soft drink for 3 euros,” stated Mayor Alejandro Navarro.
Additionally, as complementary activities, there will be an award for the best stew, chosen through popular vote, and a popular jury award through a draw, with winners receiving a trip for two. All routiers who have collected a minimum of 5 stamps from different establishments will be entered into the draw.
“From the City Council, we appreciate the participation of the hospitality sector and are always willing to support this economic sector, as well as all the companies and entrepreneurs creating employment in our city,” emphasized the Mayor.
