The Town Hall of Torrejón de Ardoz has presented the new regulations for electric scooters-VMP that will come into effect on March 1 and outline the obligations that users of these vehicles must adhere to.
The primary objective of this ordinance is to protect the integrity of scooter users as well as pedestrians, as explained by the City Council in a press release.
The regulations prohibit riding without an approved helmet and specify that only one person can use the scooter, without passengers.
