Tips for downloading invitations:
Residents of Torrejón aged between 4 and 70 only need to fill in the DNI field, without including their name and surnames. For those outside that age range, minors without a DNI, or any queries about downloading invitations, they can visit the ground floor of the Town Hall (Plaza Mayor, 1) from Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and also on Thursdays from 4:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
For NIE numbers, add a zero (0) between the first letter and the first number. If the NIE already starts with a zero (0), add another zero (0).
Ensure the email provided for receiving the invitations is correct (Check that the email is operational and check the spam/junk folder).
Once you receive the invitation, download it to your mobile device before the event day to avoid network connection issues.
If multiple attempts to fill in the data result in an error on the page, close it and try again after 30 minutes.
