The unemployment rate in Torrejón de Ardoz has reached the lowest number of unemployed in a February month in 17 years. The total number of people unemployed in the city has been reduced by more than half since 2013 when there were 14,391 unemployed, despite the active population of Torrejón increasing by 5,168 people (96,788). Unemployment in Torrejón de Ardoz was at its lowest rate in February in 17 years, standing at 6.8%.
