The National Police have dismantled the Trinitarios «TJ Green» Choir operating in the Community of Madrid. Eight males have been arrested, including the Supreme Crown and seven high-ranking members of the organization at the national level.
Two raids were carried out on safe houses of the organization where five firearms, ammunition, large quantities of narcotics, bolomachetes, as well as identifying elements and secret documentation with data on their structure and hierarchy were seized.
The arrested individuals are charged with the crimes of murder, belonging to a criminal organization, illegal possession of weapons, and drug trafficking.
The investigation began on May 13 after a shooting outside a nightclub in the Madrid district of Puente de Vallecas, where several armed men seriously injured a person, in what turned out to be a settling of scores over drug-related debts.

OPERATIONS CENTER IN TORREJÓN
During the investigations, the authorities located a property in Torrejón de Ardoz occupied by the top leaders of the Trinitarios Choir from the Henares Corridor, which served as an operations center where the Supreme Crown controlled the band’s activities.
In a raid, in addition to weapons, ten kilograms of methamphetamine, nearly three kilograms of hashish, two kilograms of marijuana, around 200 grams of MDMA, and 35 grams of cocaine were seized.
During the operation, two individuals tried to escape by jumping out a window, but were intercepted on the street. Four people were arrested, including the ‘third head’ or ‘war chief’, responsible for planning violent actions. Investigations led to identifying the two actual perpetrators of the May shooting, who were arrested and remanded in custody after appearing in court.

ARREST OF THE RINGLEADER
The Supreme Crown, who had fled abroad after the May shooting with their partner, was finally arrested on January 14 after being implicated in another firearm assault in Villa de Vallecas, where a person was seriously injured.
The police operation, which lasted almost a year, has dismantled one of the most active and dangerous arms of this criminal group, putting an end to its illegal financing structure.
The investigation revealed that the group maintained a highly hierarchical structure, with the Supreme Crown at the helm and various intermediate positions overseeing the organization’s different criminal activities.
